All ages: Get ready for some Rockin' Family Fitness. Health and fitness should be a priority-- but when can you find the time? Bring your children, infants through school-age, to be your workout buddy and show them how staying active and healthy can be fun for all ages. Children who are able can exercise alongside you or you can wear or hold your infant to add some extra resistance to your workout. The fitness portion will last 30 minutes.
